Kevin Cardona is Director of Entrepreneurial Innovation at Leonard, VINCI Group’s innovation and foresight platform. He leads four key areas: AI, incubation, scale-up acceleration, and investment, supporting entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and startups working on climate and digital innovation for the built world.
He is also an Advisory Board Member at Orus Energy and Build2B. Before joining Leonard, Kevin held several innovation leadership roles at BNP Paribas Real Estate and UR Lab, with a focus on strategic partnerships, digital transformation, sustainable development, and innovation across real estate and urban projects.
