He is the founder and inventor of blue auditor, a digital platform for institutional real estate owners and investors. blue auditor helps structure, prioritize, and execute asset- and portfolio-level decarbonization strategies, EU Taxonomy alignment, CRREM analysis, green CAPEX planning, certifications, and transition-finance workflows.
He is also co-founder of OTEREA, an internationally operating engineering and advisory firm that supports institutional investors, developers, lenders, and asset managers in making real estate assets more resilient, compliant, financeable, and future-proof.
His background includes international academic and industry experience across CEE and the United States, with a strong foundation in building science, environmental performance, energy systems, smart cities, and sustainable real estate.
