If you're in real estate, construction, or the built environment, this is the night that closes our season.
The best ideas rarely stop at a border. 230,161 people cross into Luxembourg every day to work, 51,223 of them from Belgium. In 2025, real estate captured a record 45.9% of all foreign direct investment into Portugal, and the biggest investing country was Luxembourg, with โฌ1.1bn. Across the world, Europe now attracts about 45% of all cross-border real estate investment.
And yet Europe is still fragmented. Around 60% of the barriers to selling services across EU borders identified back in 2002 still exist, according to the European Court of Auditors.
This season, our communities in Belgium, Luxembourg and Portugal met 14 times. Now we bring them together in one room.
On 24 June, we close the season with "Cross-Border Fertilization". One evening. A curated room. Developers, investors, builders and innovators from three countries, swapping what works, and starting the deals and partnerships that cross borders.
