Filippa Strandänger is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Alma Property Partners, where she leads the firm’s sustainability strategy and drives the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations across the organization. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, she also focuses on enabling ESG integration and smart, forward-looking solutions for Alma’s properties. She has over 13 years of experience in sustainability across finance, real estate, and related sectors. Prior to joining Alma, Filippa served as Head of Sustainability at Magnolia Bostad, Manager for Sustainable Finance Services at KPMG, and held several roles at Nordea, including Sustainability Specialist within the Group’s Sustainable Finance team and Business Developer at Nordea Life & Pensions. Filippa has studied Sustainable Finance at the University of Oxford and holds a certification in Social Auditing (SA8000) from Social Accountability International. She earned her BSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University.
