The 87 Day is THE flagship yearly event of the community, gathering all our members, and opening our ecosystem to non-members, for 1 day of strategic workshops and meetings.
This day is aimed at challenging our business-as-usual, and thinking out of the box. From the supply chain of construction, to the type of real estate investments, from change management to attracting talents.
Our sector is the largest sector on earth, the sector impacting 87% of people’s life, and together, we can unlock collective intelligence!
Our program
Task Forces
Groups of max 10 people, meeting to discuss a roadmap to build a solution to a complex problem (like housing crisis, permit procurement, PPP, renovation etc…)
Pitches & Reverse Pitches
Startups, scale-ups, service providers will pitch commercially, on construction, real estate corporates will pitch their own problems/ challenges, so startups/scale-ups can apply to solve them
Asset Class Roundtables
One category leader will explain, in a 10-min keynotes, followed by a “Ask me anything” format of 10minutes, what differentiates 2025 from the past 5 years in their asset classes (resi, healthcare, logistics, data-centers etc…)
