The goal is to bring together developers, architects, public authorities, and innovators to question the foundations of how we design, build, and operate real estate in Luxembourg and how to rebuild the rules of construction and real estate in 2026. We will explore how financing, design, construction methods, materials, governance models, and collaborative practices must evolve systemically. We will identify what needs to be rethought now to address the realities and challenges of 2026 (housing crisis, decarbonization, renovation of existing buildings, functional diversity, and strengthening social cohesion, etc.).

Participants leave with a clear view of which innovations are already delivering value in today’s projects and which technologies are shaping the future of construction in Luxembourg.
